Gestalt therapy is an experiential, present-focused approach that works with words, body language, somatic experience and emotion together. Sessions may include conversation, visualisation, creative methods or role-play — or simply talking. The aim is not to interpret or define you, but to support you to develop your own insights and self-awareness.
